“Before I got into home care, I worked 26 years in branding. It was very fulfilling, but the truth is I was looking for something a bit more authentic, and it just felt like I needed to do some soul-searching. That’s how I started to move in the direction of home care.”
“I’m not a big risk taker, and I’m not a natural entrepreneur. I had gone to business school, but I needed a model for doing the business; that’s why a franchise made sense to me. And then, it was just about evaluating which franchise operation and model was going to work, be scalable and allow me to thrive by following the rules of the model, but also giving me the freedom as a business owner to do it my way.”
