Our Franchise Training and Support Process

As you prepare for launch, you’re assigned a team that’s dedicated to helping you successfully launch your business. This team is comprised of cross-functional experts, including an Opening Services Manager, the franchisee’s dedicated Franchise Business Coach, and an existing franchisee.  

We provide a three-step training and support process to help you successfully launch your business, get up-to-speed and continue to execute: 

One of the first steps of our home care business training will involve handling foundational tasks to support your HomeWell franchise establishment. With an understanding of the industry and general home care practices, you can approach your business with confidence. Our guidance will teach you about various concepts, including: 

  • Selecting a site for your business. 
  • Understanding and navigating licensure requirements. 
  • Participating in critical industry training. 
  • Receiving fundamental home care education. 

This initial step will help prepare you for the next phase. Based on your local state’s licensing requirements, this phase can typically take anywhere from three to six months. 

Launching a business is no simple task, so that’s why HomeWell provides a singular point of contact for our franchisees every step of the way. 

As you officially get your business off the ground and become operational, your Franchise Business Coach will conduct a pre-launch visit with you at your location prior to your official opening date. This visit will help you with any last-minute preparations and assure that you are confident to successfully launch your business to launch your business. 

Following the launch of your business, HomeWell has a number of support resources that are available to you. These include:  

  • Networking session with fellow franchise owners to exchange best practices and ideas
  • Continued onsite visits from your Franchise Business Coach 
  • Proprietary on-demand, online learning management system  
  • Sales onboarding class for owners and sales professionals  
  • Regularly scheduled support calls  
  • And more!

Meet Your Franchise Business Coach

When you officially open the doors to your home care agency, you will be assigned a Franchise Business Coach. A Franchise Business Coach is there to work with our franchisees on best practices and brand standards to grow their business. 

By providing advice, counsel and assistance, our Franchise Business Coaches aim to improve sales, profits and market share and meet your professional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) so that you can dominate your local market.
