You already have a step up on your competition, so why not start making plans for your future now? Every veteran is only four steps away from being one of HomeWell’s newest franchisees.
1. Learn More About HomeWell
As a veteran, you’ve learned to rely on your company through everything you encounter. Now, it’s our turn to be your support and help you through your new adventure. We’ll start by giving you an overview of what we stand for so you can decide if our interests are aligned.
2. Meet With Franchise Development Representatives
During this phase, we’ll introduce you to our franchise development representatives. You’ll get the chance to meet with them one-on-one and explore what being a HomeWell franchisee can look like. However, it’s essential to remember that every journey is different, so try not to get discouraged if you think your journey will look different from what you see.
3. Meet Other Franchisees
From there, we’ll set you up to talk with current franchisees and we’ll do our best to match you up with other veterans so that you can get a more specific introduction to life as a veteran franchisee. Then, you can spend time learning about what you can expect when you officially join the HomeWell team.
4. Finalize the Details
Finally, our Executive Leadership Team will help you get started in earnest. When we work with veterans, we require proof of military service and honorable discharge so we can discount your franchise fee right away. Our team will take you through it step by step, answering your questions and filling in any blanks.
From the moment you sign your agreement, you’ll have access to our comprehensive training and onboard support. We’ll help you decide on the best location for your franchise and start searching for the people who will make your dreams a reality. Anything you need, we’ll be there to provide or help you find so that we can begin spreading knowledge about the HomeWell advantage.
