HomeWell Care Services Named One of the Top 100 Franchises for Veterans

Franchise Business Review Top Franchises for Veterans 2024 Satisfaction Award

Burkburnett, Texas – December 4, 2024 – HomeWell Care Services, a leading non-medical home care provider, was identified by Franchise Business Review (FBR), as one of the top 100 franchises for veterans in 2024.

“We’re honored to receive this award as it reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team,” said Crystal Franz, CEO of HomeWell Franchising. “Our veteran franchise owners bring remarkable wisdom and leadership to the home care industry. As a franchisor, supporting these heroes—in business and in life—is an honor and a responsibility we take to heart every day.”

To identify the companies on this year’s list, FBR analyzed data from over 2,500 franchise owners representing 385 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others. HomeWell franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

“With so many franchises competing for the attention of potential veteran franchise owners, knowing which brands are the best franchises for veterans can be challenging,” said Eric Stites, founder & CEO of FBR. “Many franchises offer special incentives to veterans, but what really matters is what happens after they buy a franchise. The companies on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Veterans received the highest ratings from the veterans who own them, making them all excellent options for veterans looking to make the transition to business ownership.”

HomeWell is committed to supporting veterans, both as business owners and as clients. Currently, 29 HomeWell agencies nationwide are credentialed Community Care Network providers with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, many of which are veteran-owned. These agencies frequently assist veteran clients and their families in navigating benefits, including determining eligibility for programs like Aid and Attendance.

“Veteran entrepreneurs know when to put their nose to the grindstone, particularly in the due diligence phase of starting a new business,” says Mike Condon, VP of Franchise Development at HomeWell Franchising. “From pre-launch to opening day and beyond, their perseverance and unwavering commitment to service are the very values that make our business strong.”

As a salute to those who have served our nation, HomeWell offers veteran owners 20% off the franchise fee, along with tools and resources they need to launch their home care agencies, connect with local veterans in search of in-home care, and establish their businesses as valued care providers in their communities.
